Hot 97 Program Director Ebro Darden offers the official Hot 97 side of theSummer Jam story. He basically says “So what” to Nicki’s walk out. Actually, he literally says that. I haven’t bothered to listen to Nicki’s phone call with Flex, but as far as I know it didn’t end with her hanging up mid-interview, so clearly Flex went easy on her.
