Wiz Khalifa was honored for being an ambassador to his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Wiz Khalifa appeared in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania's City Council chambers earlier this morning with his family to accept a proclomation for being an ambassador for his hometown.
According to Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the council declared December 12, 2012 to be "Wiz Khalifa Day." The Taylor Gang leader, who is in town for a performance at Consol Energy Center tomorrow, said that "he has always bragged about being from Pittsburgh and that he doesn't feel as though he's accomplished much yet."
The Rostrum/Atlantic signee most recently released his sophomore album O.N.I.F.C., which features guest appearances from Cam'Ron, 2 Chainz, Juicy J and more.
