Rick Ross has been living in the shadow of the Notorious B.I.G. for years - and finally got his chance to meet with the legendary rapper's children.
Friday was the 25th anniversary of Notorious B.I.G.'s classic album, "Ready To Die".
To honor the anniversary, Optimo Cigars hosted an event in New York City called "Biggie Inspires" in New York City last night.
The event showcased art inspired by the deceased Brooklyn rapper. Two of the artworks were selected to be rendered into massive murals in the late rapper's former base of Brooklyn.
Tons of celebrities came out to the event - including Diddy's son Justin "King" Combs, Lil Kim and Rick Ross, yes Rick Ross!
Biggie's two children, Christopher Jordan (CJ) and T'yanna Wallace, also came out and had the chance to meet the Big Boss himself. Ross shared a photo of his encounter with "the beautiful daughter and son ‘CJ’ of the legendary B.I.G." at what he referred to as an "honorable event." In March, CJ launched a cannabis company named "Think BIG", an endeavour which he said was largely motivated by his father's influence. T'yanna is also keeping her father's legacy alive through her Notoriouss clothing boutique
