Big Sean Announces Plans To Release Mixtape With Wiz Khalifa & Curren$y

Kanye West called Big Sean the “male version of Beyonce” and he might be right. Beyonce works hard and is prolific, and Sean is turning out to have the same work ethic. Since 2008 Big Sean has released 3 mixtapes, one album, done numerous features, performed in hundreds of arenas and clubs, granted hundreds of interviews and found time to grace Billionaire Boys Club’s look-book back in ’08. Anybody else would take a well-deserved break, however Big Sean isn’t just anybody.

Instead he recently announced plans for another mixtape and this time he’ll have Wiz Khalifa and Curren$y working alongside him. In a recent interview with 101.5 JAMZ Sean revealed his upcoming mixtape featuring two hardworking emcees in a few weeks. “I’m back to the mixtapes, I’m back to putting out new music. I’m working on this secret big project that’s probably going to come out in the next few weeks with me and two other guys in Hip-Hop that are just killing it right now,” he said.

While he didn’t reveal their names, he has released two new songs with Wiz and Curren$y giving us suspicions about who those “two other guys” are. Wiz Khalifa and Curren$y have worked together before on their mixtape entitled How Fly back in 2009 and everyone’s been waiting for the follow-up to that classic, so it’s only right Big Sean enlisted their help for a mixtape collab.

A few days ago the trio released two new tracks that may be on their mixtape, entitled Flowers and O.T.T.R. Both tracks are booming in the streets and are receiving rave reviews, so their mixtape will be another classic. Who knows, maybe Taylor Gang, Jets and G.O.O.D Music will have something more than just a mixtape collab up their sleeves.
